A good friend of mine is installing some central vac systems in these swanky nursing homes for people with dementia and Alzheimer’s that are being built, they have these dishwashers in the kitchens. It’s sort of a multi building thing, like a group of large houses sort of.

Looks like fun for a home situation where fast turn around is needed or desired, BUT this machine is no where near the quality of a real commercial Hobart [ or other good commercial ] dishwasher.

In a restaurant or other application where it had to do load after load you would be lucky if it lasted two years.

John we all know that nothing can be botter than a Hobart commercial dishwasher just as nothing can be better than a Speed Queen washer. From what you said i can only guess you saw thousands Miele commercial dishwashers. Blame on us the europeans forced to use such poor (but fun)appliances...

The Miele better for residence than the Hobart

I have always loved this model. I would get it if I had lots and lots of extra cash.

Quality
• Sustainability – Designed for 15,000 operating hours (If used 6 hours a day, six days a week, the machine will last more
than 13 years – and many will last far beyond that
• Construction – Stainless steel chamber and heavy duty baskets
• Conserves Water - Precisely and efficiently meters water intake
• Quiet Operation - 65 dB freestanding; 61 dB under counter
• Small Footprint – 24 inches fits in a residential dishwasher space
