If it is so valuable, why are they getting rid of it? They possibly set that price to help finance the renovation.

"One of the two burners in the oven does not work."

Probably some idiot flipper.

At least they didn't say 'probably an easy fix'  - that drives me nuts...

I'm fascinated by the color. That's pretty early for gold, isn't it?

Can't make out the Model number or the Serial number.  Harvest Gold was introduced in Spring, 1968.

Middle of the line GE

This was THE most popular electric range ever built in my opinion, I don't have any facts to back that up But this style was made from 1957 until the 70s ,Made in all sorts of trim levels and in 30 or 40 inch sizes,These were the stoves sold in mill village stores , dept stores, and the leader lines of most appliance stores Crowells Goodyear store in my hometown of Lenoir NC sold THOUSANDS of these

Ours had the surface units clustered on the left and the clock on the right. That full length fluorescent light was so nice in the kitchen in our 1955 house that we put fluorescent lights under the kitchen cabinets to improve the kitchen illumination. It was so nice not to be working in your shadow at the counters at night.
