That's a Hobart Pot and Pan washer. That would be used in a Bakery or Prep Kitchen.

$150.00 ? Grab it, polish it up and you could probably get $2500 +

Problem is... they're a little heavy to move with two people ; )

Excellent pot and Pan washer but not a dishmachine. As Eddie said this would be used in a prep kitchen or bakery. These are by far the most common pot washers in grocery store bakeries in this area that are not roll in machines. I believe Ecolab makes a special detergent for this application called Solid Metal Pro. I'm sure other chemical companies have similar products. Rinse Dry or other rinse aids are not usually used in these machines as spotting does not matter.

We had 2 of them in the Wegman's store I worked in. One in the bakery and one in prepared food. Loved the sound it made when washing. You could put almost 2 dozen full size sheet pans in one. We used Solid Metal Pro and no Jet-Dry.
