This was at a moving sale. The lady said it was her mothers and did not think that it worked I paid $5.00 for it ..I cleaned it up and she works like new .... Wish she had the washer for it ..

Georgious Dryer

There is one just like that one for sale here but if I thought I could find a matching washer I would go get it right now. Mike

What a wonderful find. That was one of their best models. and I agree, what a great thing it would be to find the matching slant front washer to match it.

Wow Lee, what a cool Westy. This is my favorite slant front design. I found the same dryer last winter, and feel the same way - where is the washer? Enjoy ~

Ben

Where is the washer?

Traded years ago, the lady probably wore out 5 washers with that dryer. A whole generation of these automatic owning women only used a dryer when the weather outside was not RIGHT to use a clothesline, I have one just like her, i call her Mom. alr2903

Very cool Lee,
Looks to be in great shape!
How did you finance that $5.00? On time?
Thanks for the pictures!
The washer will find it's mate. You just wait!

Very nice find Lee! This might be a "How Dry I Am" dryer.
