Kenny, it appears to be a GM to me. It has the horizontal indentation on the cabinet front.

It looks like a 2-speed washer, it has a NORMAL cycle & GENTLE cycle on the timer knob. And you can select the WASH/RINSE temperature.
The only thing missing is the WATER level selection.

Are my eyes tricking me...
Or does it say HEAVY DUTY 16 on the lower control panel, to the righ?

Is this a smaller tubbed washing machine?

That's the model I have, a gimmee from granny's neighbor (the one who gave her the timeline Kelvinator back in the day).

It is a smaller capacity, mostly I think because of a lower water level?

This has the smaller agitator from a Solid Tub machine, and does not fill as full even though it uses the same tub as a 1-18
