I haven't been on the Craigslist for a while.
I just discovered these, still listed, but listing says it's been up for a month.
GE stove and refrigerator. Free.
I have no idea how those in the know would rate these. But, if I could, I'd take at least that stove in a heartbeat; based purely on its looks!
Unfortunately, I can't. But, I figured I'd post for anyone else.

We had that fridge in our apartment when we first got married, summer of 1981. It worked great but asked to have it removed and bought our own because it was too small. The apartments were built in the mid 60's and it was the original fridge in them. The appliances were Yellow. had a gas stove made by Brown.

Were they a good stove?
I know...I can't bring it home. But I'm still curious about it.
The first stove I remember from childhood was a Frigidaire, but in this color.
It had the window in the oven door too. Even though the brand is different, its looks bring back memories.
