They are sleek and beautiful! Congratulations and enjoy your new washer & dryer.

What brand of machines did these replace?

Congratulations! What a handsome looking new pair you have.
The water level in reply# 3 looks very high for a main wash level. Is it because it`s on a hygiene program?

These are gorgeous!
Are you using the twindos system?

Are those metal doors or only metal-looking plastic?

Hello everybody and thank you for your nice comments and for straightening the pictures as well!
I had one of the first twindos w1 machines when they were launched but i was not satisfied about many things i also had the t1 dryer and ii didn't like it as well so I asked Miele to exchange the pair with a couple of machines "old generation" and they gave me the supertronic and an heat pump dryer old generation. after few years i decided to trry the new w1 and t1 generation and i must admit i am really impressed. so far results are exceding my expectations. I only use original Miele twin dos (they also sent me 4 more phase 1 and 2 bottles ). the chrome part of doors is metal, not plastic and they seem very durable. touch controls are really simple to understand and operate. the supertronic is a fantastic machine. in the picture the water level is high because i always used the "more water" and "add a rinse" options. i love everything about the aupertronic except the powder detergent auto dos didn't work very well especially with lumpy detergent.

Beautiful set ! I’m wondering how long it takes for the load of towels to dry in Miele dryer?

Drying Time

I have the same dryer and a very full load of 8 kg towels spun out at 1600 rpm will take around 1h 30min with Quick option selected on „cupboard dry plus“. This I consider quite fast for a domestic appliance.

I wish Miele would have gas dryer. Load of towels takes 50 minutes in my gas dryer.

Miele had a gas dryer once, but it didn't sell very well.
