After cleaning the car yesturday I used the HLP21E for my rags. It ran through the cycle fine, and the rags where clean. Today while running a load in the Cabrio I felt water on my feet... Thinking Oh no, please don't let it be the Cabrio! So I look under and nothing, look into the Haier and its OVERFLOWING! The water inlet valve had not snapped fully closed and caused water to slowly enter the tub. And this was happening all night... Needless to say shes a gonner, but I am going to be fixing it!

I called up Haier and spoke to a very professional representitive and got my situation resolved in under 30 minutes! I had to remove the sticker with the Serial number on it, snip the plug off and send the purchase receipt to them. In 7-10 business days I will have a brand new HLP21E! I even get to do what ever I want with the other one. Im going to tear it apart, fix it, replaced the cord and use it as a back up!

Overall satisfaction with Haier: 10!

Well, I took the Haier apart this afternoon and fixed her right up! I took the water inlet valve out and tighted up everything I could. I took the tub out checked for cracks in the plastic and it was fine! I went to home depot and replaced the cord that I had to remove to send to Haier, plugged it in, tested, and Viola! Works just as before, I do actually feel it fills faster! Since Im going to get a new one I dont need 2, so Im going to give this one to my uncle so he has a mini washer for his cleaning rags!

Now, I just need my new one to come!

Im am VERY impressed with Haier on their service, and thinking of it, It probably only costs them about $100 to make this machine (if that) so why bother sending a service tech, the part, and labor, its not worth it, just replace it.

Ill keep you all updated!

Good Service hard to find these days

It is refreshing to hear how some companies at least value customer service, I believe a lot of them just treat you as a number and leave it at that.
I have owned my Haier Twintub for about 6 months now and have been really happy with it and to tell you the truth I would not swap it for the world.
I hope if I ever need service from Haier, I hope it is as good as the service you received.
Cheers.
Steve.
