The Legend of The TR?!

How long has this been going on?  Dropped by SQ’s website to see what’s new and found they’ve been live streaming one of their TR machines washing odd things.  At the moment, it’s washing a load of 3 sets of billiard balls, weighing in at 21 pounds.

Looks like they’ve also done the same thing with hockey pucks.

I told our sales rep it was about the stupidest thing they have done in a while,

He was really impressed with this demonstration , it is amazing what impresses non washer people,

I asked him if they are so great why haven't they put them in coin laundry service yet.

John I’m glad I’m not the only person who likes to bust the chops of a salesperson who only cares about the product they are peddling for the cash incentive.

I would tell the salesman, if you really want to impress me, I would like to give them a set of 'Balls' to wash....

bet the machine couldn't handle that...

for the price you pay, it should!

Reliability

So, if this is a reliability test, after how many long will this be proof? Billiard balls are a perfect balanced load so it looks to me.

Sell that machine as a billiard ball and puck washer!Blendtec has "will it blend!"SQ has "Will it wash?"Have a thought? add silicon carbide abrasive powder and see if it be a rock tumbler!

Oh boy! 21 WHOLE POUNDS! How about 12 wet bath towels? What do those weigh,Speed Queen?

Have your PR and Tech depts interview some one who actually has a job that gets their clothes dirty and then wash THEIR laundry.(Not their billiard set.) See what you can learn.

If it's legal to build the TC,DO that! Put back the water level control, tell everyone you build the best top loader and cruise on! (look back on the 'swishy' machine and say 'Damn!')

Since these uses as much water as the REAL agitator models, why are they so insistent on pushing these ? Always seems to be the case. Once something gets popular it gets changed...and for the worse.
