You put your InstantPot lid in the dishwasher?

Thats why I want to change to an instantpot instead of the cuisinart that I have. The lid liner on the instantpot brand lids are stainless and made to be ran in the dishwasher. My cuisinart has a lid that has an aluminum plate with the seal gasket on it, but I can't wash that aluminum plate because it will oxidize.

Bob, I put my whole Instant Pot lid, and the stainless steel pot in the DW all the time. I never have any of the smell problems with the gasket I see everyone writing about. I have been doing this for about 3 years now.

If It Does Not Go In The DW

I am very unlikely to buy it or use it, I put all my SS Presto Pressure Cookers in the DW all the time.

I have had Instant-pots but they are not as fast or versatile to use as a regular pressure cooker.
