Never seen a Kenmore panel like that.

It appears to be a matched set but the washer's panel artwork is different than the dryer's.  Maybe damaged from stain treatment overspray or humidity from hot washes?  The timer knob is not original.

I always wondered if those control panels could be restored to the original finish.

Gordon (Kenmoreguy64) has that model washer in his collection. I'm forgetting if his was a 1972 or 73 model. From above, the apparent dryer match is definitely 1972 based on the door handle. These could also be 1973 models that may have been sold in later 1972, which could explain the older handle. The washer has the speckled tub, Super Rotoswirl agitator, and self cleaning filter.
