But do you worry about mould. I have a CM6150 and I'm forever looking inside where possible. If only they had a UV light on the inside or a fan to dry it out after the steaming. |

Not really. Not much where that can build up. And as long as you keep up with cleaning not much can happen... |

I also have the CM6150 - so far it has been a dream to use; very low-maintenance as long as you follow Miele's instructions about cleaning. I'm not too worried about mold since I empty the drip tray and waste bucket every day. I do think about how much money I could end up spending on cleaning or descaling tablets, but I haven't had the unit long enough to tell how often it will prescribe those cleanings.
My purchase sticker says that it was made in Switzerland ... I'm in the US, so I'm not sure about units sold elsewhere. |
