Not sure if this goes here but does anybody know what happened to the manufacture of bock hydro extractors?

Do a Google Search for Bock Extractor.

Turned into Northstar Engineered Products. Mostly they make food processing equipment now.

Is there any company that still manufactures hydro extractors?

Just shows where my mind is at.  I thought this was a thread about beer.

Centrifugal Extractors

Are still made by a few industrial/commercial laundry equipment companies. Truth to tell their use began declining once Braun invented first washer/extractor, then others joined in.

Some places kept and still do keep using separate washers and extractors, but modern plants shy away from the latter for a host of issues primary being safety.

Electrolux:

Fagor:

Ellis: www.ellislaundry.com/prod...

Otherwise it is same thing as with domestic H-axis washers, increase in final spin speeds meant many in theory didn't need separate extractors.

In Brazil there are several companies that make them, way cheaper than famous corporations like Electrolux

Suzuki is one of them. (nothing to do with the Suzuki cars) It's a family owned company that, coincidently, the founder is Mr. Suzuki.

There are also pages of "hit" for Bock Laundry Machine Company being dragged through the courts.
