Here's the link to that machine on the Sears website.

www.sears.com/hotpoint-3....

According to the manual it doesn't have a timer, but a cycle selector, so it's electronic.

Here's the link to the manual (pdf file)

Awkward! Is the manual for a different machine?

This washer doesn't show up when I search the Sears website and it says it's unavailable.

I wouldn't want it anyway as according to the manual it only fills up a few inches. It's not a "real" old school washer since it has an electric drain pump, so this is just an he washer in disguise.

That last one is on the Hotpoint website too. It's all rather confusing I guess.

Here's the picture of the drawing of the control panel from the manual. It's apparently a general manual for several machines. ("on some models")

The link posted shows "added on June 22, 2012" and the photos show the long discontinued Hyrdrowave wash system. So obviously outdated and most likely NLA

I think Kirk Rivas used some of these type of these washers on his youtube channel. I think the motor stops in the middle of the spin and the tub just coasts for a bit, then the motor starts up again later; something weird like that.
