So I was just bored scrolling through Google Maps for laundromats that had hydro extractors and I found this, so my question is what do you think makes a somewhat okay laundromat? Probably my guess would be multiple household washing machines that are of all different ages right next to each other, PS, I have a challenge try and figure out how many different brands of washing machine they have

Here in USA place like in OP picture would be more of a laundry for apartment flats, student housing or some other multi family.

OTOH laundromats here tend to most always go with commercial coin/vend/card washers and dryers designed for that purpose.

Yeah

I guess over here people are either really cheap or they can’t afford to spend much not sure which one but this is probably like the second time that I’ve seen household equipment in a commercial laundry mat

Commercial/industrial washing machines are quite dear in terms of cost. Even "home style" looking units.

Many domestic brands of washers slap a coin box on them for laundromat use, but they aren't built like true commercial units.
