Anyone out there have an Harvest Gold window lid for a Frigidaire 1-18 Crown? It's the only item left that I need to find to get my Crown back to (somewhat) original condition!
Well.. almost.. I also need a lint filter!

"Somewhat" original condition? Does that mean you are doing a full restore on your machine? I'll bet it will be nice when you're done, no matter the condition when you get one, they are so rewarding to have finished and running again - but I guess you know that road from working televisions too!

Sorry I don't have a window-lid but I'm sure one will turn up!

but I only have an avocado and a white window lid at the moment. But like Greg said Dwight, one will turn up soon.

And please refresh my memory - do you need the bed of nails filter or the other type?

Rich

Hi Rich,
I'm looking for the bed of nails filter. Actually, I have the washer done and it works quite nicely. I found out that it had it's original White cabinet swapped for the Harvest gold one so that it would match the dryer I got with it. At first, I was quite upset with what had been done, but after thinking about it for a while, realized the person meant well. I guess I get a little crazy about originality sometimes! It really is in mint condition as far as no rust anywhere on the cabinet or base, and the paint is good as is. They are a nice set and keepers for sure. The next task is to find a poppy dryer to match the other 1-18 I recently got..
