More than likely the perforated drum back 29” dryer design since this dryer was built before 1966.

63 Lady Kenmore 800. One of my most favorite designs, especially the washer.

I believe those Kenmore dryers of the early 60’s have a porcelain coated drum since I remember reading through a thread in the archives of a similar dryer redcarpetdrew acquired in pink years ago and in one of the photos he did show a picture of the drum and there was some wear but not much and looks like it’s porcelain coated compared to my ‘63 Whirlpool Imperial dryer that just has a painted drum since most of the paint is worn off.

That '68 Lady K dryer is about as good of a dryer as they come. 30k BTU modulating burner, with the early electronic control drying. The drum/bulkhead paint look to be in amazing shape. If I wasn't already busting at the seams it would be heading back to Iowa.
