I bought a Frigidaire dishwasher at the end of July because of the local store in my small town. Long story short biggest piece of crap I have ever wasted money on.
5 service calls and two in one day. Has not worked more than it has. At best it does a crappy job. It ain't no Kenmore Ultra Wash. Question. There is always food stuck in the glass trap.If I removed the glass trap would it be too much for the dishwasher to handle as far as food scraps? What kind of disposer would this have? |

I couldn't agree with you more about how crappy Frigidaire dishwashers are. My previous dishwasher was a Frigidaire that had one of those glass traps. I removed mine because it also accumulated gunk and removing it didn't cause any issues.
I was able to get mine to clean pretty well. You might just need to experiment with different detergents until you find one that works. |

I've had nothing but good luck with my FD dishwashers. I'm running a bob load as we speak and I'm sure it will come out great. |
