That dryer has an 806 console but was modified with a 400 series auto dry feature. I wonder if they tied the console light into the timer?

Aren't those BEAUTIFUL!
I love the dryers timer knob options. The only thing missing (for me) is the low temp/high temp buttons, to make this the perfect dryer.

Looks like it could have been custom ordered (if Maytag even offered that) Maytag DE806 since I see no moisture sensors in the baffles and has a 407 auto dry timer in place of the electronic dry control.
