I sold kitchenaid mixers many years ago and I never recalled that they offer a service to rebuild the product. That doesn’t mean thar it isn’t available, I have never heard of it. I have owned the same one since that time and have serviced it myself. I have replaced the cord and brushes on it a couple times. I may repack the grease on it soon.

Here's this, but I think it's for repair if it's messed up. producthelp.kitchenaid.com/Count... Cam, mine looked like yours when I bought it on ebay. I sanded it down and repainted it with white epoxy appliance paint to look like new. Some day I'll change the grease in it, but since it's is only used a couple times a year I am in no hurry. I use it to knead my dough for dumplings and for oatmeal raisin cookies. Most everything else that requires a mixer I just use the hand-held Sunbeam (that needs some new beaters soon...they sure don't make 'em like they used to). |
