Hello all again, I am picking this dishwasher up in two days and am curious about the year it was made, my neighbor had the same model but built in and I know these machines specifically are made to last. I loved how smooth sounding the machine was, and this seller noted that it’s in like new condition and the interior looks spot on.

Anyways, if anyone knew the year it was made LMK. I’m guessing anywhere from possibly 2005-2009

Yeah the power clean generation was one of my favorites, and this was exactly what I was looking for. The only issue it has is the soap dispenser doesn’t open during the wash, so not sure if that’s a spring issue or how that could be fixed? Not that it’s a huge deal whatsoever to me, but I would like to fix that. For the deal that it is it’s definitely worth it

Maybe older.

That console is a late 90's. By 2004 the lower end models had a curve in it for the
wide face models, and the non curved consoles had a thinner face to the top of the door. Unless portables retained the 90's look.

Im going to go pick it up in an hour, As said my neighbor did have this model, and I always used it when she had me stay at her house while she was gone and it always cleaned super well and I absolutely loved it and I beleive it’s still there in that house, I wanted to find an older model with the wash tower which was the exact previous generation before whirlpool designed the wash system in a new format being that the upper wash arm gets a feed tube from the back of the unit that’s drawn into the lower wash arm area to the impeller. I will keep y’all posted on my findings once I receive it and bring it home soon and hook it up, luckily he is giving me the adapter for the sink as well.
