for those flat pillows try putting them in the dryer for 30 mins or so with a couple of dryer balls or tennis balls on high heat, two at a time is best. I’ve found that this can restore some the the loft to a flat pillow. Its best to wash them first, but this can help fluff up a dry pillow too.

try latex. I love my latex pillow. It took a little getting used to, but it is 10 yrs + and as good as new. | ||
