So an ad for this product popped up on my YouTube the other day. Apparently they are taking the pod idea and making it more environmentally friendly with less packaging in the form of the strip. Tear a sheet off and just pop it in the wash. I wonder if it’s any good? They claim that their product will prevent millions of plastic jugs from going into the trash, but using powder in a cardboard box will accomplish the same end. There’s no mention of substitutes for bleaching of softening products.

Looks interesting but since it's from a company I do not believe is aimed at getting my clothes clean I'll pass. I avoid "Earth friendly" products that are plant based cleaners as I feel they really don't do the job. Seems like a gimmick to me.

We have a similar product in Australia, but made in China.

It is not widely available, only in specialty stores or online AFAIK.

I have never tried it, but I am currently using their Red Star Laundry Powder and it is excellent.

Clean clothes and no itchy skin!

Well, there's a very famous of those online brands that make a very interesting eco friendly pod that comes in a very clever box design that contacted me looking to include a sample in each of our washers and have us endorsing them Yada, Yada, Yada.

It turned out the super eco friendly product is made in China and they're not exactly eco friendly at all and also don't perform well at all.

It's basically a hand soap with microplastics.

There's only ONE ECO-friendly detergent I personally endorse because it really works great and that's Jon's.

I saw these too!

I just don't understand how people think these things are great. There is probably very little as far as surfactants. It kind of reminds me of the system that would 'treat' your water before it entered the washer, and claimed you never needed detergent again! HA!

I'm intrigued. I look forward to reading a review from a member.
