Failure points On GE Multi-Orbit Wash Arm DWs Start with a complete new style pump and motor, after this inlet valves are often a problem with any DW after 10 years or so.
The Drain plunger in the filter should be inspected and replaced if in bad condition, also the drain check valve in the plastic piece at the front of the DW where the drain hose connects.
