What is the cause of that problem in these washers while agitating and spinning?

Gearcase failure.  I remember the sound coming from the 1966 Inglis of mine.   I still have the original transmission but I swapped it for a newer one and so far, so good!

Could be one of more than a dozen common problems, Bad motor bearings, bad pump, loose or broken transmission drive pulley, to name just a few, and it could be a transmission problem, post a video with sound if you can.
