I am a new member looking to date an Eatons Viking Washing Machine and Dryer I recently purchased. Any help or manuals I might find would be appreciated!

That washer shines like new!  I would guess mid-60's, this is similar to U.S. styling around that time.

I'd say mid 60's as well. The ones in my 75 Eatons catalog were not the same design.

Franklin design

Essentially the same as late 60's - early 70's WCI (Gibson, Hamilton, Kelvinator) machines.
