Serial numbers are more accurate for manufacture date, coded for week and year.

These Lady Kenmore models were introduced in 1990 according to the model numbers but as Glenn states the serial number will tell us exactly when they were manufactured.

Lady Kenmore Manu Dates

Of course I meant Kenmore. Researching for a friend. I think knowing the year is adequate (1990) but I'll see if she can find the serial number. Thanks very much!

1990 is the oldest they could be. A lot of times the same model was made for years after it’s introduction so they could be newer but only the serial can reveal this.

Could also be a little older production-wise if a 1990 model-year was run at the factory in late 1989.

Favorite Lady Maytags are the ones with the triple dispenser on the 29" wide top, side-swing lid, the electronic timer, and white tub with cork screw agitator.

Of course the 70s Lady Maytags with the "garage door" console cover was fun too.

Lady Kenmore serial numbet

I have a serial no. on one of the Lady Kenmores. It is MB0308674. Exact or near-exact year of manu would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Manufactured the third week of 1992. This should be the dryer’s serial number.

Thanks very much. My friend is selling her house and for some reason she wanted an exact date on her appliances. To the person who knows how to pronounce "Worcester" (my location): Did you ever live there? Since you are making fun of it did you know it's sometimes called "Wormtown," term coined by an old D.J. some years back because he thought it was pretty dead?

pretty dead?

It's got tons of higher learning, great hospitals and some really good restaurants. Not to mention a renovated train station and a major highway that connects with other major highways. Oh and now a brand new baseball stadium.

I can't ever recall it being dead.

How does one say :
Scituate?
Framingham?
Peabody? (my favorite)

Lived in Northborough and Franklin for a bit. I remember driving down RT 9 to Worcester, going to the Art museum, driving to Waltham...
never thought it was dead.
Older yes.
I like Mass. but can do with out the snow and cold weather.
