I would guess that it  is in a vacation place. It also looks like it has the filtration recirculation package above the vent hood.

I agree.  This looks like a multifamily/condominium setting.  Plastic laminate clad cabinets, matching avocado p. lam, recirculating option for exhaust fan.  Amazing that they have survived this well for so long.  They look to be late 1960's vintage.

I had that stove in White only not self clean. I bought it for $60.00 about 30 yrs ago. Best stove for Holidays n everyday use. The filtration exhaust system on these were great also. Not like shitty microwave fan of today. Didn't spew grease thru out the kitchen. It was trapped in the filters. Take them out..wash them n let them dry n replace.

Nice ones

I was thinking it could be in a workplace breakroom.

Look at the nice matching laminate counters.

But this picture looks familiar. Something similar came up a while back.

The stove exhaust is set-up for re-circulating. Too bad!

It's usually easy enough to put in a baffle to cover the vent holes and then punch out the knock out for connecting a vent pipe.
I wonder if the top is just a box that fit over the vent pipe where one would attach a typical range hood duct. Notice how it's kind of a added on box on the top.

These appliances are incredibly clean.
