Reply #4 Hi Kelly, Your picture is of a Maytag Neptune TL, these were built by MT in Illinois, I did hear that MT sold the design to a Chinese company, was that Midea ?, Are they still making this design ?
My guess is much like the Whirlpool Calypso this neat MT machine was too complicated and expensive to continue building even though both these designs work and lot better than the TL junk designs being built and sold today.
