Can someone please tell me if the 30-1/4" depth measurement for the LG 3900 is measured at the deepest point of the washer (including the closed door) or is it measured at the base of the washer? I'm trying to figure out if the machine will fit in the current washer pan that I have. Thanks.

Have you seen this in the manual?

If that doesn't help I think you should call LG to be sure.

Thanks, I haven't come across that in the online manual or other online documents I've looked at. I ended up finding the similar WM3700 on display at Home Depot and measured it--the 30-1/4" definitely includes the closed door rather than just the base.
