Hello forum, I'm wondering if there is a way to modify my machine to do a second rinse cycle. I find 1 rinse is not enough.
Is there a way to do this?

thanks!

After the cycle ends, reset for another deep rinse manually.

2nd rinse

On a Maytag, use the Permanent Press cycle which gives a cool down rinse before the regular deep rinse.

I'm not familiar with the A211; however, as already mentioned, resetting the timer to the final rinse and/or using Permanent Press would be two great and easy options.

What I do sometimes is after the spray rinse, I stop the machine and reset it to the beginning for a 4 minute normal cycle using warm wash cold rinse. So in effect that gives a 4 minute warm rinse followed by another 2 minute cold rinse automatically.

ok thanks for the replies. I was hoping for something a bit more hands-free like a second timer on a toggle switch for the extra rinse. Maybe retrofit a timer that has 2 rinses built in?

There's absolutely no reason for a second rinse on a 211 unless you're over soaping, overloading, the machine is not functioning properly, or a combination of those 3.
