Can the VARI FLEX agitator be effective in an extra large washtub? |

I'm sure the agitation will be powerful because it takes up a great portion of space in the standard size tubs. Will it be as great in an extra large washtub? | ||

It might be a bit undersized and it won’t turn over large loads as well as the Panta-Vane and Penta-Swirl along with the dual action agitator Kenmore used in their machines. The Vari-Flex was meant for the smaller tub Kenmores and I believe Kenmore was still using the same size of tubs my 1963 Whirlpool uses well into the early 70’s on their Lady Kenmore machines.
