According to the info I see this machine had "forced air" drying! I wasn't aware that any of the Kenmore models had this particular feature. I woiuld think that is something they would have kept going forward.

Anyone care to input on this topic?

Take care everyone!

Rick, this dishwasher first appeared in the Sears 1969 Fall/Winter catalogue. First time mentioning forced air drying and was on the top two models of both portable and built-in. My mol 1980 Kenmore that came with my brand newly built house included forced air drying too. I think Sears was able to include this feature in most TOL and MOL D&M produced dishwashers until the end of Sears sourcing any D&M dishwashers.
