A bit in rough shape, but heck, it’s a lighted A806. In Pennsylvania.

1962 Frigidaire Imperial No-Vent Dryer

Forget the MT these FD dryers are rare and very usable for drying clothing and keeping the heat in your home.

I used my 1962 CI version a lot this past winter.

Wow, what is this, the third gen 2 Filtrator to show up this year? Hopefully someone saves it.

John - I finally got to experience one of these (DCIF-65) last month and I must say, it performed beautifully. Great winter dryer.

Pictures for the archive -

I just got a Maytag washer like the one in the listing, but I would buy that dryer in a second if it wasn't all the way across the state. When I was a kid we had a pair of Frigidaire's from that period that were purchased from our next door neighbor when circumstances forced him to sell his house. The washer had a lighted control panel like this dryer has, but the dryer (which my parents still have sitting out in their garage) was a lesser model pictured below. I'd pay good money for the washer if I could ever find one, but that seems unlikely at this point.
