Fresh from the Alliance factory, a Speed Queen commercial washer LWN432SP115TW01 with mechanical controls! I think most people buy these from Appiances Connection, but I called my local SQ dealer and they were able to special order it for me. It cost a little more, but to me it was worth it to buy locally. It's sitting in the garage right now because I need to do some plumbing before I hook it up. We're going to keep the old washer for dirtier items (rugs, rags, etc.) so I need to add another water and drain to the existing plumbing. Who knew a new washer could be so exiting?

Surely one of the best choices you could make for a new topload washer.

Nice

With the vintage control console as well.

But no load size selector?!

I think this machine is aimed at commercial applications that routinely run full loads. But a load size selector can be added if desired:

Of course I would never do that, as it would invalidate the warranty!

Hi Dave, There is no warranty on commercial washers to void, you only have a parts warranty so you can modify the machine any way you like, yes if you break a part they may not give you a new part for the one you broke but he rest of the machines parts are covered.

Commercial SQs [ like most other commercial W&Ds ] do not include any labor or House calls with the parts warranty.

If you have a problem you call the commercial dealer you bought the machine from and they will either exchange defective parts you take to them or they will charge normal service rates to come to to fix anything that failed as a result of a manufacturing defect, they will not care if you modified the appliance unless you caused the problem.
