WP 1966-7 Electric Dryer The current motor will fit this dryer, the new motor comes with a pulley on it for driving the dum, so you will use the newer style belt pt # 341241 or he Heavy Duty belt is a 349533 if you can find it.
The rear drum seal should be easy to find I can get a Pt# when I am at work if you can not find the #.

The current motor that will fit your dryer is 279827 and the belt that works with your dryer and this motor is 341241. I personally like genuine OEM FSP Whirlpool parts but there are plenty of knock offs out there. This model does not come up in computer files so I’ll have to see if I have some old service information to be sure that the seal number is correct.
