Hi all.
I was thrilled to find this site - helped me identify what kind of Dryer we have!
It's a 1968 Kenmore 900 blue. It came with the house 10 years ago. Husband fixed the drum which stopped spinning at one point. Works really well - nothing wrong with it (though the previous owner tried to paint it - and it's terribly ugly!)

Problem is - the lint screen is falling apart. Any idea on where I can get a replacement? Or should we just somehow build a replacement ourselves (not sure where to start - but throwing it out there).

Thanks for any advice!

Lady kenmore lint screen

You should be able to look around on the internet, my recommendation is eBay, or some OEM parts replacement website. I don’t think that kind of dryer has a different lint filter than all the other older whirlpool/kenmore dryer lint screens, but look at the lint screen and see if it somewhat matches another lint screen on some OEM part website

PS: lovely lady kenmore, just don’t like the paint job lol

The latest part number for that lint screen is 339392V. I like genuine OEM FSP parts personally but there are others available.

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer

FSP = Factory Specification Part
