Hello,

Caloric Ultramatic Ultra-Ray, 5-burner 36” gas stove, center griddle, Stove plus 2 broilers (one with rotisserie), and a light-up backguard.

I must part with this mid-century beauty to prepare for a construction project in my basement; it's been there for ~15 years (and not hooked up). It needs a moderate level of cleanup and maintenance and some more attention if you want to restore it to its original state (which I would love to see).

The side broiler has a broiler pan installed and rotisserie spear ready to swap in.

$100 + you are responsible for transport from outside Washington DC. Please contact 301-461-4847 for more info.

This must be saved.

These 1962 Ultramatics are rare to find.

1962 Caloric 36" Gas Range

combo52's profile picture

I went and looked this range Thursday evening with a friend that was considering adding to his collection.

This range is quite restorable, needs 2 burner caps and a good detailing but should work otherwise.

The range is still available as my friend Jeff decided not to take on another project.

Hope someone gets this, it is rare to find gas ranges from the 60s that are easy to restore.

John L.
