Best of all they both have florescent lights that can be used on SQ pairs until the 2018 models, so when the board dies or the main seal and bearing on the washer you can use the cool lights on a SQ pair.

The propane dryer is easily converted back to natural gas if any one is going after this pair.

When I lived in Greenbelt, the boiler that was under our row of townhouses was made in Kewanee, IL. It was the most amazing thing. The first night it was firing when John and I pulled into my parking space, we could hear it out there. Once when workmen left the Dorothy Gale storm cellar doors unlocked, we went down there and moved the cover over the observation hole to the side and looked in. It was like looking into the sun. The swirling flames were a yellowish white. When it shut down, the firebrick lining the combustion chamber glowed a dull red. It was amazing. When they were decommissioned, I think they were left in place because they were too big to remove through the DGSCD. The boiler room was half under my kitchen and half under my neighbor's and we had warm kitchen floors in the winter.
