So I was lucky enough to come upon a few things that I picked up today pretty cheap. Three washing machines, a GE Filter Flo with a minor drip, a Speed Queen Wringer working perfectly, a Lady Kenmore wringer that needs a pump, and a KUDJ23 dishwasher in top looking and working condition. I’ll post some pictures later on. All these machines are very clean. Very exciting day for sure!

Here’s just a couple photos of each machine after I unloaded them tonight. Not the best pictures but you can see these are all pretty clean. Some work needed here and there. I removed the wash arm and lower rack to transport the KA machine so that stuff isn’t missing as it appears. I love the lady Kenmore’s look it’s a beautiful design, much less utilitarian than the speed queen. And the Filter Flo is awesome, it runs normally but has a small leak so I’ll have to diagnose that soon. All in all I’m very happy and excited for what’s to come!

The LK has a much better looking design than the speed queen, plus the two speed design is nicer to have. I’m excited to get the pump and leak fixed so I can see it in action. I found another LK like it that I should be able to swap some parts off to get it back to it’s full functioning former glory.

Hi Shannon, Cool machines, WP-KM Put a lot of style and features in their laundry appliances, no wonder they were far and away the largest builder of laundry appliances in North America.
Unfortunately the water pumps on WP built WWs are one of their weak points, since they were discontinued in 1971 WP never updated the pump material to plastic and they corroded and often locked up.
Your are collecting a lot of cool appliances, if you get down our way some time do visit.
