What's the story on Superwash?† It's apparently important enough to have an indicator light (if that's what it says).† Just longer wash time or does it involve soaking or a pre-wash or some such?

It does say super wash. There was also a model that had 2 lights there. One for super wash and one for soak. Iím not familiar with the sequence of operation but I would think the lights were there to alert user machine was still in operation although paused at times. I think there was even a model with three lights there if I vaguely remember correctly.

In a brochure dated 10/94 there was a LAT9824 with soak, wash/rinse, and spin lights.

LAT9804 with an on and a soak light.

LAT9704 and LAT9604 with on lights.

In this brochure I didnít see a model with super wash. That may have been a feature for 1996.

Super Wash was extended wash on the normal/regular cycle.
