Maytag and Kitchenaid

Are both Whirlpool made machines. So basically, aren't they pretty much the same?

Whirlpool tends to change their formats occasionally where there are some of their brands that hold over while others advance It will be hard to tell what will be available in 3, 4 8, 10 years

Whirlpool's peak was the LEAP design. What have they done since that time that is "advanced " ?

Whirlpools LEAP Program

Hi Partick, LEAP was AW development program , Not DWs.

In laundry WPs Calypso program was an incredible achievement the likes of which  not seen since the interdiction of the 29" combinations in 1961 that such a complex and great performing product was introduced.

Yes John you are correct. The LEAP design I was only referencing washers. I'm more concerned about what they are doing currently.
