Hi Bob. The ones in the POD are 1978 models and the first electronic version for whirlpool. In the early to mid eighties the second versions were indeed advertised in almond.

They did Exist, when my mother needed a new washer, she was going to get one of these, but was told " Not" too..... she was told over time moisture would get into the electronics and they would fail, she went for the mechanical timer....
