you can also get one from Lowes....its just a nylon piece, and you may have to cut the opening a little bigger, I like because its a bit thicker to fill the gap... CLICK HERE TO GO TO Yogitunes's LINK on eBay |

Thank you. I will order that and hopefully that solves the issue as to why the upper arm isn’t being fully pressured as it is getting full tower feed, and the pump itself works exact how it should and fills with the perfect amount of water. |

that paper thin spacer is not going to make a difference....its just there to reduce wear against the nozzle cap...
you could cut and make one out of a plastic lid from a coffee can.... have you checked the upper arm where the clip holds the arm, it may be dragging there on the support, I would try some lubricant to see if that helps....can't hurt at this point... |
