i bought a 1961 g.e. mobile maid that turned out to be a pull out model, just got it home tonite. will take pics and post tomorrow. it's a bowtie! never been used the gentleman who i bought it from said.
i also just bought a frigidaire spin tube, sent the money today, will pick up in the very near future and do a seperate thread on. i had a spin tube frigidaire that i got from chicago but i ended up selling it to turquoise dude a few years back. anyway i always kinda regretted getting rid of it since it's such a unique design, even if it doesn't clean worth a crap! hopefully this one will run too with no pump leaks as i've never seen any pump parts out there, think larry in parma at modern parts had the last of them. anyway, i'm taking a chance on it but i don't care, i've already bought it so it's a done deal now! no pics of the spin tube yet but here's a couple of the bowtie pull out model that's now sitting in my carport. thanks for lookin! | ||
