Iíve never noticed that these were particularly noisy, they were top rated on consumer reports for a number of years for performance and economy of operation they didnít even have a condenser fan Motor to make noise.

Yeah John, now that you've mentioned it, this fridge is newer than the '65 we had briefly.  That one made a serious racket.
