I'd try pouring boiling water on it to expand the nut. I'd be worried about using a heat gun. Maybe a hair dryer? Also soak it in Inox spray. I love the stuff, it's magic. CLICK HERE TO GO TO gizmo's LINK |

Hey Adam. I can’t help with the removal, but 10cm3 is 10mls, that is 2 teaspoons of grease. |

I am assuming the bakelite nut is just a cover for the steel nut/bolt underneath ? Would it be to stop rust marking the clothes? If this is the case you could try splitting it in two so you can access the nut and then glue it back together afterwards? Did similar to a Rolls spin can it was the only way to get it off.
