Are the Speed queen front loaders in the picture below McGraw-Edison or Raytheon designs?

Judging by the control panel designs, I couldn't tell if these front loaders were originally designed by McGraw-Edison or early Raytheon designs. Does anyone know which company is the original designer of these washers and what year these designs were initially manufactured? Also, are there any videos of their full-wash cycles?

Launderess: Once again, you remind one of the whip-smart women from the research department in Desk Set (1957)—particularly the character played by Katharine Hepburn.

Years of having to find reference or files pre-internet or computer days leaves one with skills I suppose.

I mean when had to do term papers or school projects it was off to library for endless hours of pouring through books, writing down notes, etc...

Then out if workforce early years spent in various secretarial pools one learns how to research and or otherwise find things.

Laundress: Do you know how long and what years Raytheon made these models?

If you look in the Automatic Euphoria section under Speed Queen you will see these were made as early as 1974 by McGraw Edison. Raytheon continued to make them until sometime in early 1990's. I had many of these washers in my laundromats over the years. They were very simple machines to keep running and customers loved them.
