Those fast back consoles remind me of Whirlpool washers back in the day. Mike |

The panel closeups are pretty blurry. Would like to see clearer images. |

The ad images are not good quality. Not much can be done to improve what isn't there. |

If I am correct, by looking at the dryer handle, I’d say these were built by Raytheon. Mike |

It is neat to see any of these that actually still work.
Back in the 80s when SQ was making these they offered my older Brother a job because of his expertise in in quality control and electronics.
I remember Jerry telling me about the old wooden floored factory in Ripon Wisconsin, at the time SQ had no idea what they were doing with electronic controls, they were just relying on outside vendors to make the design and make the controls.
Jerry turned down the job because he did not want to live in Ripon, He wanted to stay in Minneapolis with his partner.
I always though it was too bad he didn't take the job since his next two younger brothers work with appliances, SQ offered him double what they initially offered and a new Volvo to try to lure him to Ripon.
They offered him the new Volvo because Jerry complained that there was no dealer for his Volkswagens in the area.
