I'm working on a project WP built KA model KUDS35, point voyager DW built around 2013.
It is cleaning, heating and operating just fine but I continue to always get a couple of error codes that I've never been about to clear (and I do run the cycle to clear the codes after making changes or replacing parts)
1. One is code 3-3 (3.3) which points to the turbidity sensor. I replaced the turbidity sensor with another one pulled from a junked DW with no change in the code. I guess the replacement sensor could also be bad. Nevertheless, I did try cleaning the "lens" on both of these sensors. Are there any voltage checks or other test to confirm if a turbidity sensor (TS) is indeed bad (e.g. like ohms readings or continuity checks) ?
From what I understand, a bad TS might lengthen some of the wash cycles but I guess otherwise the DW will operate fine so an end user may seldom notice?
2. I'm also getting a code 10-1 (10.1) which points to the rinse aid dispenser. I know nothing about this but I think the DW is dispensing rinse aid as I eventually get a low warning light after several loads. At this point I'm not as concerned about this one but if anyone knows anything about it I'd welcome learning more about it as well.
